Welcome to Bulb
The concept and idea of Bulb restaurant was put together by Juliusz Liwowski and Brett Stewart to offer an Italian dining experience that is actually quite rare not only in Manchester but throughout the UK.
Many people have visited Italy, been there on business or on holiday and invariably eaten so well, coming back to the UK with stories of how good the food was, the wines and the whole experience. What we wanted to do was to emulate or faithfully replicate that same dining experience that one normally might have in Italy, here in Manchester.
